How This Challenge Works
A simple 7-day plan combining short workouts and smart daily habits—perfect for women with no time to waste. Get results without stress, pressure, or perfection.

The Plan:Each day, you’ll complete 3 short exercises designed to target fat loss and tone your full body.
Workouts are time-efficient and beginner-friendly—perfect for tight schedules. Reps or duration will increase gradually for steady progress.You can do the full routine in one go or break it up through your day.
Your Daily Moves:Each exercise includes a 15-second demo video for proper form. You can also explore alternatives on YouTube that suit your body and space.
Day 1 Starting Routine:
Marching in Place: Start with 1 minute, add 15 seconds daily — [how-to video]
Bodyweight Squats: Start with 12 reps, add 3 reps daily — [how-to video]
Standing Side Crunches: Start with 10 reps each side, add 2 reps daily — [how-to video]
Recovery Days:Day 4 is an active recovery day—light stretching, breathing exercises, or a short walk.
This gives your body time to rest, reset, and reduce burnout.
Adapt to Your Fitness Level:Every woman’s body is unique—modify movements to suit your current energy and strength.
Beginner: Marching slow, shallow squats, hands-on-hips side crunches
Regular: Add light dumbbells or increase reps
Advanced: Add high knees, jump squats, or resistance bands
