How This Challenge Works

Each day includes one 15–20 minute fat-burning workout—easy to follow, scalable for all fitness levels.
You’ll also receive simple lifestyle tips to help manage cravings, increase water intake, and stay consistent.

The Plan:Each day focuses on high-intensity bodyweight exercises designed to raise your heart rate and burn calories.
You can do the session in one go or split into two rounds—morning and evening.


Your Daily Burn:Each workout includes a short demo (15–20 seconds) to guide form and intensity:

  • Jumping Jacks: Start with 30 secs, add 10 secs daily — [how-to video]

  • High Knees: 30 secs, add 10 secs daily — [how-to video]

  • Mountain Climbers: 20 reps, add 5 reps daily — [how-to video]

Day 4 = Active Recovery: A low-intensity walk or stretch to allow your body to reset.


Adapt to Your Level:

  • Beginner: Slow pace, step versions

  • Regular: Full speed with rests

  • Advanced: Add jump variations, faster pace

    Not at all. We believe food is not the enemy. Our approach is about nourishment, not punishment. You’ll learn how to enjoy what you love—mindfully, joyfully, and without guilt.

  • Why do you call yourself the “Unfit” Fitness Coach?
    Because I believe the fitness industry glorifies perfection and hides the real stories. I’ve lived through weight gain, health struggles, and shame — and I chose to own it. “Unfit” isn’t a weakness, it’s a revolution. It’s permission for women to be real, raw, and in progress.
  • I’ve tried so many programs before. How is yours different?
    Most programs focus only on workouts and diets. Mine starts with mindset and self-worth. We work on healing your relationship with your body, building consistent rituals, and creating changes that last — without hustle or shame.
  • I’m not sure I can commit to a 90-day program. Where should I start?
    Begin with the 30-Day Diva Reset. It’s designed to be gentle but powerful — with daily rituals, community support, and guidance that fits your current phase of life.
  • I’m not looking to lose weight. Will your programs still help me?
