How This Challenge Works
A 10-day journey of inner healing, clarity, and reconnection through movement, journaling, and breathwork—designed for women who want to feel grounded, focused, and empowered.

The Plan:Each day, you’ll complete 3 intentional practices designed to reconnect your body, mind, and inner clarity. This gentle rhythm builds awareness, self-trust, and emotional strength.
You can complete them all at once or spread them out across your day based on your energy and schedule.
Your Daily Practice Flow:Each practice will be paired with a short demo video (15–30 seconds) to guide you. You're welcome to modify or explore YouTube alternatives that resonate more with your energy that day.
Day 1 Starting Routine:
Mindful Movement: Start with 5 minutes, add 1 min daily — Stretch/Yoga/Walk — [how-to video]

I’ve lived through weight gain, health struggles, and shame — and I chose to own it. “Unfit” isn’t a weakness, it’s a revolution. It’s permission for women to be real, raw, and in progress.
