The Plan:Every month includes:

  • A habit to build (e.g., hydration, daily movement, gratitude journaling)

  • A 10–30 minute video workout series (bodyweight only)

  • A mindset shift task (e.g., digital detox, vision setting)

  • Weekly mini-challenges and motivation check-ins

Adapt to Your Level:Choose from beginner, intermediate, or advanced pathways depending on your lifestyle and energy.


  • Beginner: Start small with short routines and simple tasks

  • Regular: Follow full workouts and full monthly structure

  • Advanced: Add intensity, journaling depth, and extended goals

    Absolutely. This program is designed for real women facing real challenges. You don't need motivation to begin—just a bit of belief and a system that feels like home. We'll progress together, at your own pace.
  • Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
    Not at all. We believe food is not the enemy. Our approach is about nourishment, not punishment. You’ll learn how to enjoy what you love—mindfully, joyfully, and without guilt.
  • I’ve tried everything before—how is this different?
    Because this time, it’s not about fixing you—it’s about understanding you. We combine emotional healing, hormone-aware fitness, and gentle systems that put you first, not last.
  • What does the term 'Unfit' Fitness Coach mean to you?
    I use the term 'Unfit' Fitness Coach because the fitness industry often glorifies perfection and conceals real stories. I've experienced weight gain, health challenges, and shame, and I chose to embrace it. 'Unfit' signifies a revolution, allowing women to be authentic, raw, and in progress.
  • I’ve tried so many programs before. How is yours different?
    Most programs focus only on workouts and diets. Mine starts with mindset and self-worth. We work on healing your relationship with your body, building consistent rituals, and creating changes that last — without hustle or shame.
  • I’m not sure I can commit to a 90-day program. Where should I start?
    Begin with the 30-Day Diva Reset. It’s designed to be gentle but powerful — with daily rituals, community support, and guidance that fits your current phase of life.
  • I’m not looking to lose weight. Will your programs still help me?
    Absolutely. My focus is on health, energy, hormonal balance, self-love, and emotional strength — not just weight loss. You’ll learn to feel good in your body again, whatever your goals.
  • Is prior fitness or experience required to join your courses?
    Absolutely not. I support women at all stages, whether you're starting from scratch, recovering post-pregnancy or injury, or just exhausted by the toxic fitness culture. We begin from your current state and progress together.
  • Can you explain what the Real Reset Webinar is?
    The Real Reset Webinar is a free masterclass designed to help you understand why your health journey may be stalling and what steps to take instead. You'll learn about your hormones, habits, emotions, and how to reset without restriction or guilt.
  • How can I become a coach with Winfit with Vinali?
    That's fantastic! You can enroll in the Diamond Coaching Certification, a comprehensive 12-month mentorship program where I will guide you through coaching skills, business strategies, and building an authentic personal brand.
  • Is this program only for Indian women?
