How This Challenge Works
Start each day with intention using our 5-part Miracle Morning method.
You’ll wake up, follow a structured 15–30 min routine, and set the tone for a productive, positive day.

The Plan:Each day includes 5 core morning practices:
Stretch or Yoga Flow (5–10 min) — [demo video]
Breathwork or Meditation (3–5 min) — [demo video]
Gratitude Journaling (2 min)
Daily Affirmation (read or write your own)
Intentional Planning (what’s one goal for today?)
Adapt to Your Lifestyle:
Beginner: 15 minutes total, simple stretches, short journaling prompts
Regular: Full 30-minute flow with reflection & action steps
Advanced: Add cold showers, reading time, or focused visualization
