Transform your body and mind in just 30 days—right from the comfort of your home. The Winfit Yoga Challenge is a guided journey through daily yoga practices designed to help you build flexibility, strength, and inner calm.
Whether you're a complete beginner or getting back on the mat after a break, this challenge offers a gentle start and a smooth progression. Each session is 15–20 minutes long, requires no equipment, and is perfect for early mornings or relaxed evenings.
Throughout the month of June, you’ll unlock a new session each day focused on posture, breathwork, and mindfulness. By the end of the challenge, you’ll feel stronger, calmer, and more centered.

How This Challenge Works
Start each day with a guided yoga session—simple, effective, and beginner-friendly.
Just press play, follow along, and feel the change in 30 days.No equipment, no pressure—just consistent movement and mindfulness.

The Plan:Each day, you’ll complete 3 yoga flows targeting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Duration and complexity will increase gradually, helping you grow without overwhelm.
You can complete the session in one go or break it into morning and evening stretches.
Your Daily Practice:Each flow includes short demo videos (15–20 seconds) to show correct posture and breathwork.
You’re also free to explore YouTube or our community for pose modifications and extra guidance.
Sun Salutations: Start with 2 rounds, add 1 round every 3 days — [how-to video]
Standing Balance Pose: Hold for 15 sec each side, add 5 sec every 2 days — [how-to video]
Seated Forward Bend or Hip Opener: Hold for 20 sec, add 10 sec every 3 days — [how-to video]
Recovery Days:Every 5th day is a Restorative Yoga day.
You’ll do gentle stretches and deep breathing to relax muscles and calm the nervous system.
Adapt to Your Level:yoga meets you where you are. Don’t worry about perfection—focus on breath and body awareness.
Beginner: Use props like a cushion or wall, shorter holds
Regular: Maintain steady flow and mindful breath
Advanced: Add inversions, deeper stretches, or longer holds
