HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES?


The key to losing fast is to make sure we are in a calorie deficit- eat lesser than your body burns.


Calorie counting is the best approach to managing calories and eating to create a calorie deficit with accuracy, but definitely, it's not the only method. If you don't want to count calories what else can you do? 1. One carb source in every meal rest would be protein, fats, and veggies. 2. Eat protein in every meal. 3. Plate method: This is the best way to make sure you are getting all macros in the same meal 1/2 plate of veg, 1/4 plate of carbs, 1/4 plate of protein, and thumb-size fats. 4. Food Swaps: Include Calorie dense food so that digestion is slower. You tend to feel fuller and less starved with a constant supply of energy throughout the day. 5. Reduce Dine outs and take away: If you are a person who dines out often reduce it to once or max twice a week that should help you avoid high-fat junk food and switch to home-cooked foods. 6. Increase your neatness: Keep your day active. Move around throughout the day doing some activities that will help you to burn more calories. 7. Drink water: Drink lots of fluids this will prevent the body from being dehydrated and also reduce water retention or bloating inside our body. 8. Cut down on your sugar intake. It's a slow poison that has only dead calories to offer you with no nutrition in return. Instead, eat fruits and nuts for more health benefits. Any fitness journey is as hard as you make it and also remember there is no one size fits all approach just experiment with what works best for you and apply it in your day-to-day life. Small steps in the right direction lead to much greater success.
