I'm sure every one of us knows the importance of drinking water but my question is do you drink enough water? If you don't, here are some reasons why you should start NOW.

2. You will feel hungrier if you miss out on the water. Thirst and hunger are regulated by the hypothalamus region. It's very common to confuse hunger with the body's craving for more water leading to weight gain.
