Our body is a brilliant machine. In this fast-moving world, with a life full of responsibilities we justify everything and land up making our body our last priority. Stress, weight gain, BP, diabetes, Thyroid, and PCOD is the most common lifestyle disorders.

Do you think all these disorders happened overnight? It takes a long time of piling up wrong lifestyles, ignorance, bad eating habits, and starvation to reach this worst stage. Our body keeps signaling us with discomfort, and pain which gets easily ignored until one day it starts screaming for help.
