SOMETIMES THE THINGS WE CAN'T CHANGE, END UP CHANGING US
I remember accomplishing a 15 kg weight loss and celebrating it with a cheat meal which soon became a cheat week and now a cheat month. Every day I say I'll start today and some or other excuse invites me to cheat one more day. Then comes a guilt ride, a Monday wake-up, or the 1st of the month when I decide to get serious with my journey again.
My call to all those who are with me in the same situation. Obesity, overweight, BP, diabetes, thyroid, and PCOD hovering over us waiting to haunt us due to lifestyle disorders. If we don't embrace a change in our lifestyle today we don't know when we would become a victim of these circumstances and for those who are already facing these issues what are you waiting for?
Just change your lifestyle take charge and make yourself FIT today as we don't know what tomorrow holds for us.
