Getting Back On Track Post Vacation




IT'S SO FREAKING HARD TO GET BACK ON TRACK AFTER VACATION ISN'T IT?


Ok, let me share some brutal facts here. I lost 15kgs post-pregnancy and decided to go on a diet break. It was supposed to be for a week but didn't realize when it got turned into months. Excuse after excuse finally decided to start after my vacation to Hyderabad and this seems to be so difficult.

Reality:

I have gained a little more weight (especially on this Hyderabad trip) feeling guilty and just wanna quit. The thought of giving up again, better not start at all.

As I decided to start today resting on my bed just thought of redefining my "WHY". Scrolled through the pictures in my album and just watched my feelings to what it feels to be where I want myself to be in terms of my fitness goals", And trust me it felt AWESOME. It's something I have already done before so it's achievable.

Since I woke up till now I had enough reason to give up but I decided not to fall for any of my excuses and when I overcame those excuses it felt like a victory. So all those who aim to begin just start with or without a plan, stay in control, and reject every excuse coming your way... It's hard but not impossible. Don't wait for the 1st of the month, Monday just remember it's now or never. Define your "WHY" and take a leap of faith.

So let's do it together?


LET'S SCRATCH OUT THE SHOULD, WOULD, COULD, AND LET'S JUST DO IT!!!!
